RETURNS
We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK and comply with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000' Regulations. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Orthostore within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or full refund
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account if applicable, or your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We recommend using a delivery service which includes proof of delivery. Orthostore shall not accept any liability for any items that are lost during return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
